CPA and MBA Elad Adini has extensive practical experience in the professional departments of accounting firms and as a lecturer in the academy. CPA Adini has over 15 years of expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Israeli GAAP, and he also has knowledge and experience in aspects of quality control, ethics, independence, and conflicts of interest related to the work of the auditor. CPA Adini currently serves as an accounting consultant to various companies, assisting with IPO processes in Israel and abroad (including IPOs) and various processes in organizations, providing accounting opinions, and providing services to accounting firms. In addition, CPA Adini is a participant in the Israel Accounting Standards Board Council (a joint appointment of the Israel Securities Authority and the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and a member of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Rules Committee at the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAS), as well as a reviewer at the Israel Peer Review Institute. In addition to his various practical activities, CPA Adini serves as a senior lecturer at academic institutions in the fields of financial accounting in undergraduate and graduate studies, in various forums, including continuing professional courses and seminars at the ICPAS, as well as in organizations for managers, CFOs, accountants, and various other positions.
