Senior Faculty Member
Dr. Limor Kessler Ladelsky (PhD) is an assistant professor (lecturer and researcher) in management, organizational behavior and human resources management. She also specializes in the negotiations area and has extensive of experience in research methodology seminars in Israel, Europe, and the USA. She also teaches in bachelor's degree programs in human resources management, behavioral sciences, information systems/computer science, and health, with a particular focus on the bachelor's degree in business administration (BA), master's degree in business administration (MBA), executive master's degree (MA/MBA), and international master's degree (IMBA).
Dr. Kessler Ladelsky has international experience in teaching and research, including supervising research projects for advanced academic degrees. She also possesses expertise in organizational consulting, organizational and business development, guidance, training, and coaching for organizations at various levels across different sectors, including senior management.
She leads academic and applied research in organizations and supports Artificial Intelligence models at various levels in her HR, strategy, and management academic courses etc`. Her research contributes to improvements in policies and organizational culture within the business sector, especially in high-tech sector as well as in organizations across other sectors.
