Dr. Victor H. Bouganim is teaching at the Academic Center of Law & Science since 2003. His area of expertise is in the fields of Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Law & Technology. He is teaching various courses and seminars in these fields including: Corporations; Intellectual Property Law; Law, Computers & technology; Hi-Tech Entrepreneurship Law; Electronic Commerce Law. He is, also, active in implementing information technologies in teaching, and in promoting the application of online learning.
Dr. Bouganim taught at the University of Haifa and other higher education institutes, and served as a Visiting Professor of Law at the American University, Washington D.C.
Dr. Bouganim owned his law degree (LL.B.) at the University of Jerusalem (1980); graduated at the Tel Aviv University (M.B.A., Information Law Expertise) in 1991 and completed his Ph.D. degree in the University of London in 1999.
