אודות

במשך כ 15 שנה עמד פרופ’ רופא בראש החוג המשולב באוניברסיטת בר-אילן. בראשית כהונתו כראש החוג היה מספר הסטודנטים היה כ 500 ,וכשסייo את תפקידו עמד מספר הסטודנטים על למעלה מ 5000.
החוג המשולב היה לא רק המחלקה הכי גדולה באוניברסיטת בר-אילן, אלא גם המחלקה המורכבת ביותר.
כשלוש שנים לפני פרישתו לגמלאות,יזם והקים פרופ’ רופא מסלול לתואר שני במדעי הבריאות, שזכה להצלחה גדולה מאוד.
פרופ’ רופא הוא ממקימי ועומד בראש החוג למינהל מערכות בריאות במרכז האקדמי שערי מדע ומשפט.
