אודות

סיגל נעים היא מרצה בכירה במחלקות לתואר ראשון ושני בניהול מערכות בריאות וראש רשות המחקר במרכז האקדמי שערי מדע ומשפט. בנוסף, סיגל מרצה בחוג לשירותי אנוש במכללה האקדמית עמק יזרעאל, סיגל היא גם המרכזת האקדמית של יחידת Age Friendly University באוניברסיטת חיפה.
היא סיימה את לימודי הדוקטורט במחלקה ללימודי תקשורת באוניברסיטת בן גוריון שבנגב, באר שבע, בהנחיית פרופסור גלית נמרוד.
את לימודי הבתר-דוקטורט עשתה בבית הספר לתקשורת באוניברסיטת אריאל, תחת הנחייתו של פרופסור אזי לב-און.
עבודת הדוקטורט שלה עסקה בזקנים ברשתות חברתיות מקוונות (בעיקר פייסבוק) – מניעים, דפוסי שימוש, תועלות וסיכונים.
עבודת בתר-הדוקטורט שלה עסקה באוריינות דיגיטלית בזקנה.
כיום סיגל מתמחה בחקר מדיניות בתחום הזקנה ובעיקר בסביבות ידידותיות לגיל.
